Heritage Pool Supply Group has announced the acquisition of Aquafinity, a US wholesale distributor of commercial pool equipment, chemicals and supplies. The move marks a further step in Heritage's expansion into the commercial aquatics sector.

A broader distribution network to serve public pools, waterparks and institutional facilities across the United States

Headquartered in Jupiter, Florida, Aquafinity was formed in 2021 through the combination of five regional distributors and now operates seven locations across 20 states, from the Sunbelt to the Pacific Northwest. The company supplies a wide range of commercial aquatic facilities, including public pools, waterparks and institutional sites, and employs more than 170 people.

For Heritage, the acquisition is expected to reinforce its ability to serve customers in the commercial segment and to support designers, pool contractors and service professionals with a broader distribution network. Aquafinity CEO Jeffrey Meyer will continue to lead the business, ensuring continuity for customers, suppliers and employees.
