Specialist in the cleaning of public and commercial pools, Hexagone Manufacture has launched an innovative new service. This "zero draining" solution provides complete pool cleaning, delivering a "zero biofilm - zero limescale" result.

A three-stage process to remove biofilm and limescale without draining the pool

Hexagone's three-stage process is based on a three-stage filtration protocol, using suction from an external pump to direct impurities straight to a mobile treatment unit. This is combined with:

• mechanical action from Hexagone's Chrono Viking Deep Clean robots, extracting biofilm at a controlled speed;
• the manufacturer's motorised Aspi-Wall^TM brushes for cleaning vertical surfaces and the waterline, dislodging biofilm and limescale before immediate suction;
• high-pressure cleaning of overflow gutters and channels, followed by brushing of residual deposits using the manufacturer's Goulotte-Expert^TM module.

Each intervention includes a performance audit demonstrating the removal of biofilm and organic matter. To ensure compliance before and after the intervention, Hexagone provides a document to be included in the pool's hygiene logbook. This includes a report on the initial condition of the pool floor, together with confirmation of the reduction in organic load.

The entire process requires no more than one day of facility closure, compared with the usual three to five days. HEXA PURE promises a maximum closure time of eight hours, helping to minimise disruption to the facility's operation.

In addition, the service enables local authorities to make immediate savings in water, the energy required to reheat the water, and water treatment products.
