Prior to manufacturing operations, our engineering department considers the location of the pool cover installation. Hence, for a given size, a pool cover installed in Nice will be widely different from that installed in Austria or in Sweden...

In the specific case of swimming pools in camping sites or communal pools, the cover has to meet higher standards in order to comply with applicable laws: the EUROCODE.  For example in coastal areas they are to withstand 190 km/hour gusts of wind (+ 50% as safety margin), i.e. approximately 300 km/hr!
