Poolcorp has announced a leadership change within its Australian operations, Pool Systems Australia, with the appointment of Frank Petruccelli as General Manager - Australia, effective immediately.

Strengthening leadership to support the Australian market

The group confirmed that Tim Ward has stepped down from his role as General Manager, Australia, and thanked him for his contribution to the business, wishing him every success in his future endeavours.

Frank Petruccelli joins Pool Systems Australia at a key moment, as the business continues to focus on growth, customer experience and operational performance across its national branch network. He brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience gained across the distribution, automotive and industrial supply sectors.

Most recently, Frank held senior General Manager positions at Burson Auto Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, where he was responsible for national sales and operations, as well as the delivery of major transformation initiatives across hundreds of locations.

He began his career in finance and accounting and holds an MBA. A qualified CPA, Frank is recognised for his hands-on leadership approach, strong commercial discipline and focus on improving supply chain performance, service execution and team capability within large, customer-centric organisations.

Based in Melbourne, Frank Petruccelli will lead Pool Systems Australia as it continues to strengthen its position within the Australian pool and spa industry.

Poolcorp welcomed Frank to the business and expressed confidence that his experience and leadership will support the next phase of growth for Pool Systems Australia.
