The manufacturer of pool safety cover solutions has officially launched its training programme dedicated to professionals.
Building expertise and discovering the Alsace production site
The first session brought together nearly 50 customers, with two French-speaking groups and one German-speaking group. The programme includes in-depth technical training, a better understanding of the solutions offered, practical discussions based on on-site experience, as well as an immersive visit to the company's production site in Alsace.

The event was also an opportunity for pool professionals to discover the extension currently under way at the factory, which will add 2,500 m².
Walter has made a strategic investment in this expansion in order to increase its production capacity, modernise and optimise its industrial processes, integrate new equipment and technical resources, and strengthen its teams. The new building will be fully operational before the end of this year, enabling the company to accelerate its development further and provide long-term support for the growth of WaluRoll.

As for the training programme, which is also set to expand over the coming months, it is complemented by access via the online professional area to a range of resources, including product data sheets, technical documentation and assembly guides covering the various steps to follow.
The aim is to ensure a thorough understanding of the manufacturer's products, as well as a good command of the technical documents and instructions, helping professionals save time on site.
