Since 1 January 2025, CCEI has become CCEI Pool France. Alongside this name change, the company has undergone a wider reorganisation under the leadership of Guillaume Uda, Managing Director France. The objective is to deliver "absolute service", with closer support for customers, particularly in the Benelux pool market, now handled by this French subsidiary.
Improved services and closer customer support
The group's 11 subsidiaries remain responsible for production, notably at its site near Marseille for electrical control boxes, while CPF is now focused exclusively on the services provided to its distributor partners, trade customers and key accounts, from logistics to after-sales support. The Marseille site has also benefited from a new system for stock management, commercial flow and after-sales service, thanks to IT investment.
Everything has been optimised, including training services, which are offered through the CCEI Academy on demand, either at the company's head office or directly on the requesting company's premises. The aim for 2026 is to promote all innovations across the range, as well as the full Vigipool offering, the connected and intelligent plant room.
Human resources have also been strengthened, with three additional sales staff, both field-based and office-based.
The main focus of this transformation remains service improvement as a source of added value. Sébastien Bigaré, CPF Sales Manager, said: "Customer service is not important; it is far more than that: it is essential, because it is what makes the difference. It is what will make CCEI chosen over another manufacturer." The resources put in place reflect this approach and help create more direct, ongoing and smoother exchanges, as well as greater responsiveness to real-time feedback from the field.
