Revodeck is a safety cover from Procopi’s Delta range, compliant with the French standard NF P90-308, it is available in sizes up to 6.09 x 14 m. Revodeck covers are designed to harmoniously follow the contours of the pool, and are available in a wide range of colours to blend into any environment.
With a simple turn of a key, the cover opens or closes effortlessly in just a few seconds to secure the pool.
It fits into the area between the water line and the pool coping, so the cover is totally concealed and seamlessly integrated into the pool.
The visual appeal of the pool area is carefully preserved.
Mounting plates are sealed under the coping at each side of the pool, so there is no need to pierce the pool’s waterproofing.
The motor block of the motorised version is very light and can be quickly fitted or dismantled by hand without any tools.
The mechanical assembly is comprised of 2 sealing plates, 2 axle bearing end plates, an aluminium axle (diam. 190 or 192 mm), a stainless steel shaft, a drive motor housed in a watertight casing to be built into the deck, a planetary reduction gear, a control panel with electronic end of travel switches and 3 counter-weights.
Revodeck covers do not require a dry pit for the motor.
The PVC and bois duckboarding, beams, pit walls and cover slats are available in a range of 6 colours.
The slats constituting the cover apron offer an excellent air volume/ slat thickness ratio that ensures outstanding buoyancy, and ultrasonically welded end plugs colour matched to the slat.
For rapid assembly, the slat apron is delivered in pre-assembled sections of 6 slats, that slide together.
The slat apron is fitted with a an anti-deflection system with a very small angle of deflection that limits the amount by which the cover sinks in the event that some-one should fall onto it.
Like all covers belonging to the Delta range, Revodeck covers are equipped with safety fasteners and can be tailored to accommodate steps. The step piece finish is either smooth or crenelated.
The covers come with a 5-year guarantee.
