In an effort to save energy and lower environmental impact, Aqua Dolce has now decided to equip its spas with XP2e - 2HP massage pumps, and PB1C450K4B filtration pumps. The Loft spas are equipped with dual-speed PB1C2480L1B pumps.

The XP2e pumps are manufactured in France since 2009 by Sirem, which enabled them to reduce their costs. For this range of spas, the priority was to optimize the performance of the pumps in order to avoid over-sizing.

Thus, Aqua Dolce considered it preferable to use several massage pumps using less electrical power, rather than a single pump with very high power consumption. They also focused on water flow that was continuous, which resulted in fewer variations in temperature levels, and also avoids wastage of energy.
