Magen eco-Energy, a global supplier of solar pool heating and salt chlorination systems, has acquired the solar pool heating business, products, brands and manufacturing operation of The LeverEdge and Solar Hydronics Corp.

Acquisition from The LeverEdge and Solar Hydronics broadens Magen's collector portfolio and support for dealers

The acquisition adds another collector option to Magen's solar thermal pool heating portfolio and is intended to provide dealers and homeowners with a wider choice of solutions.

"Solar pool heating is at the heart of Magen eco-Energy globally," says Naama Eylon, CEO of Magen eco-Energy. "We are excited to expand our solar division with this acquisition and will proudly operate this top quality manufacturing site in Odessa, FL with its existing team of experts."

The facility will continue to manufacture the Hi-Tec, iSwim, SwimMaster Plus and NUVIS collector lines, products that have been established on the market for around 30 years for the North American and Latin American markets.

For Magen eco-Energy, the acquisition is also intended to give professionals greater flexibility when recommending a solar thermal pool heating solution suited to each property and project.

"LeverEdge dealers have built their businesses around a product they know and trust," says Jerry Vega, General Manager of Magen eco-Energy US. "We welcome our new partners to Magen and commit to giving dealers more support and more solutions to offer homeowners."

Robert Bennett, President of The LeverEdge, also welcomed the transaction, expressing confidence that the product category, brands and long-standing dealer relationships developed over the past 47 years will continue within Magen.

By bringing together the LeverEdge and Magen product ranges, the company aims to offer dealers a broader choice of solar thermal pool heating solutions to meet the specific needs of each pool and property.

Magen eco-Energy US provides solar thermal solutions for residential and commercial applications. Backed by more than 50 years of experience in solar thermal manufacturing, the company supports dealers across the United States through product supply, technical guidance, training and customer service.
