World Sauna Forum 2026 will take place from 9 to 11 June in Jyväskylä, Finland! Sauna enthusiasts and experts from across the globe will gather for a unique experience combining exchanges, presentations, matchmaking, workshops, and sauna sessions.
A very interactive and immersive program centered around the sauna
3 days to immerse in the Finnish sauna experiences! This is what World Sauna Forum promises to all participants... This edition's central theme is happiness (The Sauna Knows: New Conversations on Happiness) and will welcome you to the Sauna Region of the World: Jyväskylä.
You will meet experts from companies such as Harvia, Auroom, Tulikivi, Finnmark Sauna, Cariitti, Drop, Jokipiin Pellava, Leisurecraft, Narvi, interbad, aquanale... will share their know-how and approach to the sauna with participants, in particular, by exhibiting during the pop-up sauna village and in the sauna & wellness market.

- Tuesday, June 9, from 9 AM: firstly at Paviljonki, World Sauna Forum 2026 organises keynote speeches featuring researchers' and experts' presentations, networking opportunities, around the connection between sauna culture, happiness, well-being, innovation, and sustainable living. Discover the effects of löyly (water on hot stones), and much more...
Don't miss the opening evening at Sataman Viilu with pop-up saunas, casual networking and dinner, from 5 PM to 11 PM. - Wednesday, June 10, from 9 AM: a full day at Sataman Viilu dedicated to professionals and relaxation: networking (matchmaking sessions), Sauna & Wellness Market exhibition, workshops and seminars. Discover how to promote well-being through sauna culture... Experiment with sauna yoga, guided sauna therapies...
- Thursday, June 11, from 9 AM: Take part in the sharing of sauna traditions, perspectives and practices from around the world. A factory tour will be organised by the renowned sauna brand Harvia, which will also take part in conferences of the event.
A closing party will take place at Savutuvan Apaja, a stunning natural setting, including dinner with fresh Finnish flavors!
