Mont Blanc Spas, trading as Tubs Parts, a leading European distributor of spa spare parts and a specialist in technical support and training for spa professionals, has announced an evolution within its executive leadership, marking a new phase built on continuity and in-depth market expertise.

A structured transition to support European growth

After more than twenty years leading the company he co-founded in 2003 alongside Gina Atwood, Simon Mawby is stepping back from day-to-day executive management. He will, however, remain closely involved in the company's strategic direction as Chairman of the Board, continuing to support long-term development and key decision-making.

To succeed him, Mont Blanc Spas has appointed Quentin Gagnieux as Managing Director, following a progressive career path within the company that reflects a deep understanding of its operations, customers and technical environment.

"I am convinced that Quentin will take the company even further. He knows Tubs Parts inside out -- its values, its teams and its customers. I am handing over the reins with complete confidence," said Simon Mawby.

Having joined Tubs Parts in 2012, Quentin Gagnieux has held several strategic positions, from administration to technical sales development, before being appointed Technical Sales Director in 2021. This leadership transition has been carefully prepared alongside the company's founders, ensuring managerial, operational and technical continuity for both professional and private customers across Europe.

"I am honoured to take on the role of Managing Director at Tubs Parts, a company I have known from the inside for more than ten years. My focus will be on continuing the level of service excellence we are known for, while preparing the next stages of our European growth," said Quentin Gagnieux.

This evolution is underpinned by a stable management team. Gina Atwood, co-founder of Mont Blanc Spas, continues in her role as Purchasing Director, ensuring the strength of supplier relationships and the consistent quality of the Tubs Parts product range.
