Jean Philippe Picard de Muller promoted to Deputy General Manager of BIO-UV Group

Laurent Emmanuel Migeon, CEO, together with the Board of Directors, has appointed Jean Philippe Picard de Muller as Deputy General Manager of BIO-UV Group, succeeding Simon Marshall.

Jean Philippe joined the group in June 2024 and has since been leading the after-sales and service activity, identified as the most profitable business line and the one with the strongest growth potential in the coming years.

An engineer graduated from the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts with a specialisation in Mechanics, Jean Philippe previously spent more than 18 years within the Fives Group, an industrial equipment manufacturer. He held senior leadership positions across various Business Units in France, the United Kingdom, the United States and China.

His international vision and strong affinity for digitisation will be valuable assets as BIO-UV Group continues to accelerate its transformation.

Steven Brady appointed Managing Director of Triogen

Steven Brady has been promoted to Managing Director of Triogen, BIO-UV Group's UK subsidiary, which he joined in June.

An operations leader and transformation specialist, Steven brings extensive experience in delivering measurable results across engineering, manufacturing and strategic change. He will lead Triogen into its next development phase, including strengthening design office activities, enhancing collaboration with the sales department and energising internal teams.

Over recent months, Steven has taken on production management and purchasing responsibilities, while building strong relationships with key employees and contributing at group level.

Prior to joining BIO-UV, he held senior roles at Harland & Wolff, overseeing production strategy and site optimisation in a highly regulated environment. He also previously worked at BAE Systems, where he led projects focused on operational efficiency and innovation.

Patrice Garrigues joins BIO-UV Group to lead the European Pool Business

Patrice Garrigues joins BIO-UV Group as Europe Sales Director for the Pool Business. With extensive experience in building and implementing innovative sales strategies in the pool sector, Patrice brings a fresh perspective to support the group's European development.

Previously with Hayward, he managed distribution networks and key accounts across Europe. Recognised for his collaborative management style and experience in multicultural environments, he will contribute to product launch initiatives and aims to strengthen customer value through a focus on technology, innovation and loyalty.
