The French company, AQUALUX, specialist in the manufacture of pool materials and equipment, joined the German group Chemoform, a leading player in water treatment and chemicals, in July this year.
The new group thus formed represents a consolidated turnover of over € 100 million for 450 employees in 15 countries.
These two family concerns, whose offers are complementary, though located in different geographical zones, share the same DNA and common values.
For Cedrik MAYER-KLENK, Chairman of the CHEMOFORM Group, "AQUALUX's production capacity ideally complements CHEMOFORM's product lines. All our teams have been working over the past several months on the sharing and pooling of expertise to build powerful solutions that meet the diverse needs of our markets".
Their industrial, commercial and logistical synergies will build a shared dynamic future throughout the European territory.
Chairman of AQUALUX
Sébastien GUILLOT, Chairman of AQUALUX, adds:
"This merger strengthens our investment capacity to prepare for the future and accelerate our growth. We are proud to contribute to the creation of an European, Industrial and Family group!"
