After sixteen years, USSPA, the first Czech manufacturer of high-end massage pools, is changing its top management. As of 1 November 2011, Ing. Kateřina Kadlecová (35), the current Marketing Manager and co-owner of the company, will officially take over as the company CEO.

She will replace her father Ing. Petr Kolář (60), the company's founder, who keeps his position as the majority owner of the company.

For a family company like USSPA, handing the business down from generation to generation is a natural result of the close professional collaboration they enjoy, full of confidence and mutual harmony.

The official handing over of the company took place on 4 October 2011 during the launch of the Solitaire on the Czech market, a revolutionary innovation from the USSPA workshop.
This handing over, in conjunction with completing a break-through product, was more than symbolic, moreover, it took place exactly on the 60th birthday of Ing. Kolář.
