Angel EyeThanks to the AngelEye new visual technology, a new lifeguard monitors all the activities at the pool. And now the system goes further.

A new pool access control function is claimed to make this monitoring system even safer. Consisting of a perimeter monitoring function, the device is aimed at preventing the risk of drowning in pools that are unattended or closed to the public.

When someone enters the pool other than during opening hours, an alarm sounds to alert security personnel by phone. The new system also includes a new technique for detecting risk of drowning based on overhead surveillance devices that supplement any underwater equipment being used.

This is said to prove useful for monitoring shallow pools, pools with a large number of swimmers, or choppy water. The device can be adapted to new pool builds or pools which are already equipped with safety systems to prevent drowning.
