Over the last few months Elecro has launched three innovative products: the Quantum, Spectrum Hybrid and Thermecro solar heater.

The Spectrum Hybrid takes all of the benefits of UV sanitisation and combines them with a titanium reaction chamber and hydroxyl radicals, killing harmful micro-organisms such as bacteria, viruses, chloramines and pathogens found in water, whilst ‘costing no more to run than a common light bulb’.

The Quantum offers a proven and tested, exciting sanitisation technology in the form of photocatalytic oxidisation and nano crystal technology. The manufacturer announces that it breaks down sun tan oil and urea converting them back into their harmless molecular form.

For its part, the ThermecroSolar Heater uses uniquely adapted evacuated tube technology.

The unit absorbs radiation and not just direct sunlight, ensures zero heat loss, works in all temperatures and weather conditions and converts a staggering 92% of all solar radiation that strikes it into hot water.
