Once the R&D work was accomplished, CORELEC came out with a new generation of electrodes for salt chlorinators, using a new manufacturing process.

This product development, carried out jointly with industrial partners, was also backed by the Midi-Pyrenees region.

The method used, which rendered the traditional techniques of resin casting obsolete, brings to the market electrodes with an industrial concept. The new electrodes, fully encapsulated, greatly improve the efficiency of salt electrolysis when compared to traditional solutions.

According to the manufacturer, they ensure, contrary to non-industrial manufacturing processes, complete anti-oxidation of the connector between cables and plates. Conductivity is also optimized and constant over time.

In addition, it is easy to assemble, with no seals between the electrode and its vessel.

These new electrodes are available in the entire range of CORELEC salt chlorinators and have been presented at Piscine GLOBAL Exhibition in Lyon.
