Solar RippSolar heating specialist Solar-Ripp’s latest newsletter offers advice on how to integrate its solar collectors into the filtration circuit of private swimming pools.

The company provides three examples: two automatic and one manual. The two automatic options use a three-way motor-operated valve and a separate solar circuit pump respectively, while the third is a manually switched mechanical example.

Also contained in the newsletter is information that explains to pool retailers how they can become an ‘approved trader’ for Solar-Ripp products, able to purchase goods from the company’s online store at trade prices.

Finally, Solar-Ripp has announced the Solar Controller SRC182, which is designed to switch off the solar circuit pump motor in the event of an internal mechanical blockage occurring – preventing the motor coils from burning out. The product is aimed at private and smaller-scale hotel pool installations.
