Watkins WellnessTM, well known as a manufacturer of spas and aquafitness products, introduces the Endless Pools® fitness system, and the SwimCrossTM exercise system by Endless Pools.
It consists of a new line of last generation aqua fitness systems and counter-current swim systems meticulously designed (highly resistant 2 mm galvanized steel and base in ABS), that are distinguishable by their turbine-driven swim functions.
The Endless Pools fitness system comprises the Endless Pools swimming unit, an underwater treadmill, a rowing machine, a bar for strength-training exercises, and spa seats with hydro massage jets for relaxation.
They are driven by a customised hydraulic propulsion system, which creates a laminar flow of up to 19,000 littres per minute, that is, wider than the body and deeper than the movement. Multiple treatment grills redirect water to produce a swim current without turbulence. At maximum power, this is equal to swimming in open water. The SwimCross exercise system offers an option of 5 airless jets that generate a less turbulent swim current. Each swimmer can thus choose the flow rate, whether for leisure or sports training.
