RP INDUSTRIES presents its innovations for its range of Soleo pools.
 

To begin with, the manufacturer offers a new variety of steel, heralded as 10 times stronger than traditional steel.

Tested by an independent laboratory (LNEG - RMT), the new steel structures STEELPRIME, Spectron and PRIMASTEEL, promise to have the highest resistance among steel structures used in the construction of swimming pools.

They are now used for the Soleo pool panels which have been subjected to rigorous testing in the laboratory, according to ISO 3497, EN ISO 2808, EN ISO 9227 and EN ISO 4628 standards.

These tests made it possible to determine the surface mass per unit, the average thickness of the panel, that of the organic layer, and its behaviour in an artificial neutral salt spray environment.

For its coping channels, the company is also launching an exclusive system of buttressing, easy to install on standard supports to be simply filled with concrete.

Another innovation, a modular concept, the UPGRADE system, helps to build swimming pool walls of different heights.

Moreover, the new fixing system for panels, simple to set up with a structure that uses threaded rods with a chemical casing, gives greater structural resistance to these pools. 

As for the new FLEX panels, available in heights of 0.50 m / 1.10 m and 1.40 m, their advantage lies in the installation, transport and storage of the pools of this range. They also allow total freedom when designing pools with curved lines.
