Speck Pumpen claims to set new standards in energy consumption and operating costs with its new Badu Eco Touch-Pro adjustable circulation pump.

The pump has three motor speed ranges that can be set individually, said to guarantee the most effective use and maximum energy saving in all performance ranges, and the product is claimed to be easy to use.

The three pre-set motor speeds of 2000, 2400 and 2830 rpm are designed to ensure the most effective output for all operating modes, e.g. night mode (low motor speed), filter operation (medium motor speed), backwash or solar absorption operation (high motor speed).

However, the three motor speeds can be programmed individually, and are adjustable in 50 rpm steps from 1000 to 2830 rpm. A display shows the motor speeds that have been programmed, and Eco mode deactivates the display illumination, minimising energy consumption.
