The new Mida.Heat heat pump from German company Midas offers optional wireless control of all functions from your tablet, smartphone or PC via a free intelligent app.

Six versions are available, from the Mida.Heat 8 to the Mida.Heat 21, the number reflecting the power rating in kilowatts.

Additional features include an operating range of -10°C to +40°C, anti-freeze protection, low noise level, and a three-year guarantee.

Specific safety features include a flow-switch, a temperature sensor that prevents the compressor from overheating, a defrost sensor in the condenser, and anti-vibration dampers.

The accompanying app is designed to ensure optimum heat pump operation, and keeps the user informed about when to heat their pool.
