In the near future, engine performance and consumption requirements in Europe will no longer be achievable by traditional asynchronous motors and will require new technology that provides the power needed with much lower power consumption.

This is the case of permanent magnet motors incorporating neodymium magnets. They allow the magnetic field to rotate the motor shaft without causing high temperatures. Their use will also be linked to new electronics for their management and for adapting their performance to specific needs, as offered by variable speed drives.

This new technology, key to improving energy efficiency, is developed by leading companies in the industrial sector, such as Bombas Saci in the domain of swimming pool pumps.

Thus, its new range of pumps incorporating this technology is available for private pools, with the "E" Winner attaining 3 HP power, and for public pools, with the model "E" Magnus, for power of up to 20 HP.

The company goes further by including in the software of its private swimming pool pumps dry run protection, overheating protection and a complete system for control of the swimming pool so the user does not have to install a separate electrical box.

Additionally, the "E" Magnus range includes software specially developed for managing public swimming pools.  It automatically schedules the cleaning of the filter, and also the opening of the solenoid valves if they are integrated in the installation, as also the alternation of the pumps in case of installation in series.
