Italian company Autolift has introduced the i-Swim portable pool lift to help people with reduced mobility access a swimming pool comfortably and safely.

Designed in Italy and featuring a more visually attractive appearance than is often the case with this type of equipment, the i-Swim is claimed to be the most modern portable pool lift on the market.

Made of aluminium, it is reckoned to be easy to manoeuvre, and has a front stabilising plate that holds the lift when the seat is lowered. It also features an anti-tip device.

“Considering the amount of positive feedback we receive on the i-Swim, it’s really a testament that the market was awaiting an innovative pool lift that is easy to use and handle, yet at the same time utilise a modern design,” said Marco Gallingani, Autolift vice-president.
