The American company, A2Z OZONE Inc. has been manufacturing ozone generators for water and air for nearly a decade and sells to more than 100 countries worldwide.

The technology it uses, Ozone Corona Discharge (CD), is used for ozone generators that treat pool and spa water.

The manufacturer offers two series in this type of application: Aquatic 2 and SP. 

The former is an ozone generator for spas, which produces 300 mg of ozone per hour, for disinfecting water more rapidly than chlorine.

The SP series is designed for pools containing up to 380,000 litres of water, and produces 3-16 g. of ozone/hour.

These devices, which are air cooled, are extremely reliable and sturdily built.  Their control panel is easy to use and read, and comprises an air flow meter, settings for ozone output, LED operating indicators, an ammeter, a Teflon connector for the ozone outlet and stainless steel parts. 

According to the manufacturer, using ozone to kill bacteria in the swimming pool water reduces the use of treatment chemicals by 95 %.
