Solar-compatible heat exchangers from Bowman

Heat-exchanger specialist BowmanHeat-exchanger specialist Bowman is featuring a new range of products, designed to work with solar heating.

 

The company says that its units have been specially designed to work with the lower temperature of water from solar collectors, compared with the hotter temperatures of traditional boilers, and can bring swimming pools up to temperature in around one third of the time taken by other similar products.

 

Bowman says this makes solar-heated pools a practicable and sustainable option – even in cooler Northern European climates. Bowman’s heat exchangers for use with solar power are available with a choice of titanium, stainless steel or cupro-nickel cores, depending on application.
