Polytropic is part of the CTA Group, an industrial expert in cooling processes and air control (founded in 1987), and has developed heat pumps for swimming pool applications since 2003.

The company offers a complete range of heat pumps from 5.5 through to 18 kW, including a reverse cycle range and provides high performance with a C.O.P close to 5 (T.U.V. Certification).

Quiet in operation (between 36 and 44 Db at a distance of 10 meters - T.U.V. Certification) and reliable, they are also environmentally friendly because of their energy efficiency and the use of non-ozone depleting refrigerant R407C.

PAC 31 model

Polytropic heat pumps are corrosion-proof with the use of quality titanium heat exchangers and the epoxy coated exterior can withstand all weather conditions. Their sleek design and muted colors enable these to fit perfectly in the garden.

The company manufactures in its own factory in Thailand and has certified stringent quality procedures, thus controlling the production chain. Only the best components known in the trade are used: Copeland compressor, titanium exchanger: Copeland compressor, titanium exchanger, Carel electronic regulations, Danfoss refrigerated components… All heat pumps are inspected and fully tested in a dedicated laboratory that reproduces their functional parameters before they leave the factory. They are easy to install, come equipped with all hydraulic and electric connections and all parts are easily accessible.

Polytropic has been awarded the EC standard certification for its heat pumps by the TUV laboratory, the leading German certification centre, with regards to their C.O.P performance and low noise levels. The heatt pumps are designed in France and fully comply with all current EC regulations. They are guaranteed for 2 years, including parts and labour and the exchanger has a ten year warranty. The company has been putting in place a trained after-sales heating specialists network for 6 years.
