At Golden Coast’s Barnstaple headquarters, the sales team has been expanded to strengthen the support available and help customers to grow and prosper in their businesses.

With most of the current staff at Golden Coast having a decade or more under their belt, finding the right people is essential, as managing director Jamie Adams explains.

“As a company, our success is down to our customers’ successes. That’s why, when we are recruiting, we’re always looking for staff who understand our customers’ needs and are always looking for ways to support their endeavours. Our latest recruits should prove no exception.”

Danielle Laity joined the team at the end of 2016 as the first of the new technical account managers.

She has a strong understanding of the needs and support required for businesses in the industry.

Jamie says: “Her experience managing maintenance teams and working with engineers, fitters, and all sorts of construction workers made her stand out as an ideal candidate to join the Golden Coast family.”

Her new colleague Scott Jones brings a wealth of practical knowledge with him.

Since his appointment in February, his range of experience - from working with large teams working as an independent contractor – has proved to be an asset. 

The latest technical account manager to be appointed is Mitchel Percy.

Michel brings some great technical knowledge with him to compliment his customer service skills.

His electrical know-how and experience working with green technologies should prove to be an invaluable asset.

Jamie continues: “It’s always great when we can welcome new people into the fold, and I know that these three will make a big difference around here, both for us and for our customers.”
