The French company, AQUALUX, specialist in the manufacture of pool materials and equipment, joined the German group Chemoform, a leading player in water treatment and chemicals, in July this year.
The new group thus formed represents a consolidated turnover of over € 100 million for 450 employees in 15 countries.

These two family concerns, whose offers are complementary, though located in different geographical zones, share the same DNA and common values.
