The organisers of the UK Pool & Spa Expo are implementing a host of new initiatives for the 2015 event to take it to a new level, say the organisers.

In addition to the usual show features such as the New Product Zone, the NSPF Certified Pool Operators’ Course and a full seminar programme, the UK Pool & Spa Expo will be adding new features for 2015 visitors.

A dedicated lounge will host a lunch and networking opportunity on the first two afternoons of the show – for architects on day 1 and leisure operators on day 2.

Day 1 will be sponsored by design-and-build companies who will be able to meet face to face with key business contacts, while day 2 will be sponsored by maintenance, equipment and facilitator companies and give them the opportunity to meet with their target market.

The show organisers are also creating a dedicated area for sauna and steam to reflect the importance of this sector at the event. Meanwhile the Exhibitor Lounge is being replaced by a Central Hub situated in the heart of the event, featuring a mix of visitor catering, an exhibitor lounge, an open seminar auditorium and a media-hosted networking forum where visitors can meet buyers, speed-network or just relax and enjoy refreshments.

Show director Claire Saunders says that floorspace for next January’s event is almost sold out – despite moving the show to NEC’s larger Hall 10.
