POOL EXPO 2012 – The Region’s Biggest Business Event for the Swimming Pool, Sauna and Spa Sector

The Pool Expo 2012 Exhibition was held on 2–5 May 2012 at the Istanbul Exhibition Centre, Hall 11. Organised by Hannover-Messe Sodeks Fuarcılık A.Ş., a total of 65 companies from five different countries participated in the exhibition, which covered a net area of 3150 sqm.

Pool Expo was co-located with the ISK-SODEX 2012 exhibition, which is the largest HVAC&R (Heating, Ventilating, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration) exhibition in the Eurasia region.

Visitors to the show had the opportunity to learn about technological developments and improvements in the sector. The main product groups on display covered swimming pools, saunas, steam rooms, filtration systems, pool coating materials, pipes and fittings, mechanical installation, water treatment, filtration, lighting systems, pool enclosure systems, insulation, heating and dehumidification equipment, disinfection systems, insulation equipment, water equipment and ornamental ponds.

Supported by the Turkish government, Pool Expo 2012 has played a key role in the national and international business for the region’s pool, sauna and spa sector. It will enable the establishment of new business connections with domestic and foreign active promotion programmes. A total of 6400 domestic and international visitors visited the event.
