1986	Foundation of the subsidiary in Canada Production of PVC valves & backwash valves for the US market
1987	Foundation of the distribution subsidiary in Germany Start of the cooperation regarding the fittings product line with IBG
1989	Introduction of the PVC butterfly vales, cone check valves and wafer type valves
1993	Foundation of the distribution subsidiary in Spain
1997	Takeover of all management functions by Mr. Ing. Winfried Praher and Ewald Praher Foundation of the distribution subsidiary in the Czech Republic
2002	Foundation of Praher Valves GmbH Distribution subsidiary in St. Valentin

PHILOSOPHY:

As the sales- and distribution company of the globally known plastic valves producer PRAHER we consider it our main task to supply our customers with functional, robust and precise PVCu shut off- and control valves, as well as adequate valve piping systems combined with filter - OEM parts for the pool and water treatment industry.

This wide range of products is topped off by our innovative white goods solutions, a variety of pool cleaning accessories, control valves either electrically or pneumatically actuated, PVC pipes, PVC fittings and -valves for the private and public pool industry.

MARKETING- and QUALITYPHILOSOPHY
A customized training and marketing program also plays an important role in the long-term cooperation with our customers worldwide.

It is our aim to keep improving the quality of our products and services both economically and in price – and more than that – organizing our production processes in an eco friendly way. In order to meet this aim it is necessary to use technically advanced and recyclable plastics for our top quality products.
