1 . PahlÉn – A genuine Swedish family business

For nearly 40 years Pahlén has been developing and manufacturing products for swimming pools. Since the company was founded in 1967, by adopting a strategy of goal-orientated quality and continual development, we have grown and advanced to become one of the leading companies in the market.
We are firmly committed to applying and maintaining high standards in every aspect of our business - from the choice of materials, to the function and the design of our products, to the service we offer. This total awareness of quality is reflected in our results and figures – which contribute towards making it possible for us to realize our tag lines of; belief in the future, commitment and growth and advancement.

Our newly constructed plant is located approx. 20 kilometres north of Stockholm, in an old farming community, just a few kilometres from the residential area of Upplands Väsby, where we have our head office. Pahlén operates under the management of Stefan Pahlén Managing Director, and Bo Pahlén, who founded the company. Many of our 55 employees have been with the company for quite a number of years – and we consider this an essential factor for safeguarding quality.

2 . PahlÉn´s quality products

Our primary production is comprised of five different product groups: pumps, Jet Swim, heating products, stainless steel pool equipment and measuring and dosing equipment. We are convinced that quality pays off, already at such an early stage as in the choice of material. All our materials are therefore manufactured from bronze, acid-proof stainless steel and/or a combination of titanium and plastic, which guarantee long-lasting stability and durability. Our approach to quality obviously extends to encompass products manufactured by our suppliers.

3 . Clients in 50 countries

We aim to create and maintain excellent business relations and we have established long-term collaboration with the majority of our customers. The fact that most of us can communicate with our clients in their own language facilitates contact with them and makes it easier for us to satisfy their needs and requirements, as well as our demands on ourselves to offer excellent service.

6 . new products

Pahlén electric heaters 3,0-18,0 kW made of plastic and titanium are designed for a continuous flow with the lowest possible pressure loss. The compact design enables installation where there is little space.
The outer jacket and the junction box are made of plastic and the heating element is made of titanium. The materials used have been chosen with regard to their resistance to aggressive water, where there is a high risk for corrosion or large quantities of chlorides present, i.e. in pools with salt water or where a salt chlorinator is installed.
The heater is supplied with union couplings for adhesive bonding of Ø50 mm pipes.

All heaters are equipped with thermostat 0-45°C, high limit control 60°C and flow switch with titanium paddle.
