Océazur was established by a marketing-expert (Pierre FRIEH, Chairman & Managing Director) in 2004 and a swimming pool specialist (Patrick BOUVARD, DG Technical) joined it in 2006 followed by a network-manager (Gilles TERREYRE) in 2009. It has chosen to position itself on an innovative concept in the field of swimming-pools by proposing a service-offer that includes:

upkeep (annual and seasonal contract, water analysis and treatment…)
maintenance (detection of leakages, repairs…)
renovation (imperviousness, renovations of tilings and copings…)
sale and installation of equipments (tarpaulins, safety-shutters, heat pumps, water-treatment equipments, etc.)

Océazur has the will to professionalize this activity thanks to precise technical skills and meticulous follow-up and, thus, meets the needs of both individuals as well as professionals: private pools of individuals and free private pools for collective use (co-ownerships, hotels, camping, fitness centres, Spas and medicalised swimming pools equipped with private pools for free collective use).

AFFILIATES' NETWORK

Océazur is based on a brand-licence network and it inaugurated its first branch in Lyon in 2004 and aspires to become the first French network for maintenance, repairs and renovation with the inauguration of approximately fifteen new branches by the end of 2009.

Today, Océazur is developing a network of affiliates in order to ensure a regional presence that includes:

23 branches in France and 6 under construction
Turnover of approximately 2.5 million Euros in 2008
Approximately 50 employees overall
Approximately 1 000 clients including 30 co-ownerships only for the central branch of Lyon
