Pool/spa plant design specialist Barr & Wray has recently completed the installation of the new lap and vitality pools for the Edition Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey. The company was appointed to design, manufacture and install the pools, water filtration, and a range of stainless steel and water features.

Edition is a complement to the Marriott portfolio of brands, and 100 similar hotels will eventually be built in 24-hour gateway cities across the world.

A 20,000 sq ft three-floor ESPA spa is designed to offer the Istanbul Edition Hotel guests an unparalleled spa experience incorporating beauty, health and wellness in a luxury setting. The lap and vitality pools are designed to complement this spa experience.

B&W supervised the installation of the build-in pipes, but not the full pool build. The consultant on the project was ESPA, with the architect being Tumay Architects and the Interior Designer, HBA.
